an additional step has been added in last update I think. I remember completing easter egg of this map in its updated form. clinic of evil was the only custom zombies map I played.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ri5cO0PJijY
the new step is finding another gas tank where shield is built (you need to look above on that area to see gas tank floating with a rope and jump and press f to capture mid-air) and placing that gas tank into a bathtub near spawn area (it's on right side, while going right of the mp5k wallbuy towards acid gat workbench). that step must be done after 10:12. old version would spawn you on the plane at 10:12 ready to escape the map and end game but an additional step was added by map's creator IZaRTaX.
then you can go use tne plane to end both easter egg and game.
my posts and youtube link (now dead video as it seems) wasn't directed to OP, you will see it if you read posts carefully in order. they were for another person not knowing about updated easter egg's new step. I tried to help him because I had also spent some time trying to explore the step. maybe I shouldn't have replied at all not to derail thread even more (derailing started before my first post in the thread) but at least my posts were still helpful in a way. actually much more helpful than necroing an old post and making insinuation.
as for the issue; clinic of evil doesn't require t4m to be installed unlike some other complex custom maps which require more memory and asset limits. I don't think it's a video card driver, audio driver, DirectX or OS compatilibty issue, unless having crashes on regular zombies and campaign or having a really old PC with barely enough processor clocks, RAM, VRAM, HDD space etc. maybe verifying the game files on steam could help, although not guaranteed. I had no issue at all running the mod, no crashes whatsoever, not even an fps drop I could remember.
chances are if someone have many other custom maps installed together (including t4m), there may be a compatilibty issue regarding common game files which can cause crashes. try to uninstall and reinstall the game and then only install clinic of evil without t4m and any other custom maps and try playing it for a bit. the forum thread made by the mapmaker (IZaRTaX) in UGX-mods also states that the map doesn't require t4m and it's better not to have it for a good experience in clinic of evil. link => https://www.ugx-mods.com/forum/map-releases/29/release-clinic-of-evil-updated-05112018/11551/
As I said, the GPU is RTX 2060, DirectX 9 and VCRedist are installed correctly and make the standard game work. I wonder if these UGX maps need to have any other app to work properly.
Any suggestion?
