Cheating Hacking fix?

I told myself I'd never buy another CoD game until cheat/hack that has ruined the previous games is addressed? PunkBuster or any attempt?

Call Of Duty World At War Is Pretty Much Hackless, unless you join a server with mods enabled

Ever game has cheaters, deal with it. If you don't want any cheaters in your CoD, go play on console. Besides that CoD on PC is dead anyways. If you want a decent player population you have to play on console to begin with.
If you don't wanna miss out of 1080p+ and 60fps, get yourself a PS4 Pro or soon to be released Xbone Scorpio.

Don't listen to this guy. First of all, hacking is highest on console, because it's with jailbroken systems, and mods in general, it's much harder to detect on last gen consoles such as PS3 and Dickbox 360. While on PC it's much esaier controlled on COD games. Althought this guy does have a point in that xbox sucks ass

its cool totally understand....I just hated getting killed by Nukes after 2 minutes in previous MP games and goes 260 and 0....and I just wondered why CoD would allow this type of access/hacks. Thats all - pass / thanks though

Sickness, the guy that commented first has a better answer for you. I hate when people get mislead instead of answering the question proper like the first guy did. There are people that don't play multiplayer that will try to tell you everything from no experience. By the way, joining a server with mods doesn't qualify as hacking because there's a difference compared to console you have to break into to do things you aren't allowed there. Over here, we have official map and mod tools for servers with mods. Will there be a cheater from time to time? Sure, but nothing that'll destroy anything like WAW console.

Depending on what you are into, there's a good amount of servers for an 8 YEAR OLD GAME. Most of the servers are hardcore. Our 2 servers aren't hardcore. There should be a couple more, but if you like HC, there's plenty of those. There are servers with 40+ players all the way down to 12 (rare). You will have to filter out the server list to see the proper servers, but there are some servers with good mods and custom maps as well.
