So how is the game with updates?

I stopped by this game's page again after forgetting about it for a long while. I see that a version 4.0 with new dungeons was last posted in Sept 2020. Has that update been released and if so how has the game progressed since its release? I'm still interested in this game but there doesn't seem to be a lot of info or communication in these forums. I'd like to hear what current players think before I spend time getting into a new game. Thanks, John...
