Visual C++ Runtime Error

Just purchased the game and I cannot even start it. Loads into the Unity splashscreen and then continually crashes out with a Visual C++ Runtime Library Error. Is there a fix or is this known about?

Whilst I have refunded the game due to this error that prevents me from playing, are the developers not going to address this SERIOUS issue? Once solved then I would reconsider purchasing again as the game seems v.good but for the developers not to even be registering this error seems a bit off-putting.

Yeah,agree.Maybe they are working on solving it now.It's a pity that this charming game has a serious crash issue like that.

Running As Admin fixes the error for me. If I again run without admin, it crashes with the error:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error, Program:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information"

Yep...done that. Uninstalled game, disabled AV (not happy about doing this (how do I know what is being downloaded/installed?)) and reinstalled PCM...no fix. Still comes up with the 'VC Runtime error'...going to refund as this is not acceptable.

JFYI this fix doesn't look like it's applied in the demo, only the EA purchase, but I repurchased and the fix works
