please fix the downloading the game. i cant dl anything when trying to install. thank you!

I encountered a bug when streaming the game tonight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uroqNlss6wg At the end of the video, I arrive at level 3, and trees in the foreground kept me from being able to see the chasm I was supposed to float across, making it impossible to do so....

When subscribing to a level on the workshop and then launching the game, the level doesn't appear anywhere or in Maker Mode to be able to play... Help!

So, my game wont load at all. after the main "push any key to start" screen it just freezes. I cant click on anything, but i still hear the music

Saw the ad on youtube, the melody of the music in the video sounds so familiar to me......Then I realize it's basically Promise(reprise) in Silent Hill 2 ?? I don't know it's a coincidence or not, but it doesn't sound like a coincidence at all. Just felt that I need to mention it......
