Thanks for the answer. I realized that while loading the old save game santa doesn't appear on the entrance as there was another boss who wanted to talk with me.
But after taking the christmas tree from him it still didn't work out, so no santas were visiting my restaurant.
I will just give it another try with creating a new game...
I don't know exactly, but here are some Tips I figured out:
1. Santa was not visiting before placing Christmas Dekoration (so you need to place some, I guess)
2. You don't need to have a special meal, I die it with only fries
3. After he arived the 3rd time it was not possible for the next 5 days to have him again (I guess it was bugged)
So I restarted and instantly he came again
Hope this helps
- You login and meet Santa in front of the Restaurant who gives you fireworks. At the same time you recieve a Christmas Tree inside your inventory.
- Place the Christmas Tree somewhere in the Restaurant and start playing as common.
- Every day one customer appears, wearing Santa-Cloth. This customer leaves a present at the table. You need to unpack the present and attach the Reward to the Christmas Tree.
- After some days the last Santa-Customer shows up with the present for the Present-Attachment.
- Afterwards your achievement is done.

I placed the Christmas Tree and played 3 days and not a single customer with santa cloth appeared. Is there something else you have to do?
Restart the Game. Place the tree in Restaurant and add some Christmas Dekoration. Try again...
Well he stood in front of the restaurant after the update and gave you the christmas-tree for decoration and some firework for Silvester. In Single-Player-Mode I haven´t had any issues even I started the day more often as I needed to go afk. But lucky me was able to do the achievment at Silvester as there was some free space.
Did you never have seen Santa? Or did you miss the christmas-tree in your inventory while someone was giving you fireworks? (that happened to me - I was searching first in the catalogue).
Well - what I know from other games with time-limited events that it will return next Christmas, and somewhere we discussed about if it is possible to have the event-decorations during the EA, as some people (like me) restart the Restaurant after a new big update (like f.e. the changes of the Chefs or the outdoor-decoration).
The event for this year is finished.
Never seen him sadly, i tried Singleplayer, Multiplayer opened the inventory, buying christmas decoration but sadly no Santa ever.
I think its a bit sad, because now this is the only achievement that is missing because i basically missed an update by 2 weeks ;_; but i guess that's how life goes. I hate time gated achievement stuff
