Straight to the point: I heard that the controller doesn't work very well on this game, is it true? Does it have other major problem? Also, is there a patch (even fan made) for the bugs and (eventual) controller-related problems?

I can't figure out how to play it. I was expecting a Diablo clone where I can take a lot of hits, but no, enemies are too strong yet when I attack them it does not cancel their attack and yet again there is no dodge button for me to get away from the enemy attack. I don't understand how you are supposed to play it if the logic mechanics are simply not working here, you either have a lot of HP so you can take damage or you have the ability to cancel enemy attacks by hitting them or you can dodge to get away...

Since so many other similar games are inexplicably always online and I couldn't find any info on this one, I just wanted to ask. I've seen mentions of the progress saved in the cloud instead locally, so that sounds like it might be always online.

Why do I now have to unlock the skins again and the characters themselves?
