How do you use the tiles with the crown on them to get the chests?

There's a glowing crown tile on an island you can't reach, and a non-glowing crown tile that you can reach, I don't know what to do with them... any ideas?

the glowing tile teleports you to the non glowing tile.

to get to the other side is you need to walk/find the invisible tiles.
