How is controller support?

It says partial only. What are the limitations? In case anyone is wondering, I have carpal tunnel syndrome, so playing with keyboard and mouse is a bit straining for me.

I've played an hour or so, and I switched between controller and KB + mouse. Controller seemed totally fine. Targeting and cycling through shortcuts is a little more cumbersome, but nothing major. A little more natural to turn without moving (right stick vs. pressing shift and clicking a direction, with the default control scheme), and definitely comfy.
