Crashing every 10 minutes with windows 10.
There is a another thread with the same problem, but no fixes. Does anybody have a fix without downgrading the OS.

me too. And it's already the same issue in win8.1's latest updates

Yup. Crashes at about 10 mins. I'm also having artifacts when I open the map which, strangely, the solution is for me to engage in any fight and the pixel-y artifacts in the HUD and menu will be gone. The weird artifacts in the Helix Rifts are still there. I'm using driver 353.62. I already tried Windows 8 compatibility but no luck. I'll try the other Windows 10 drivers and see if it makes any difference. My specs: i5 4690, 16gb DDR3, GTX 760 2gb, GTX 650 (Physx).

Works perfectly fine here on Windows 10. Zero crashes. Using latest nvidia driver.

I MAY have a solution and this KINDA worked for me. Caveat, I just let the game running for more than an hour while I do other stuff. I have not tested it while doing missions or whatnot in-game.

Anyway, I turned off the DVR and Live tile wrapper or whatever it's called from the Xbox app. I think it's harmless enough for anyone having the problem to try it.

Gave that a shot. Actually uninstalled the entire recording app. Still crashing on me. Bah, only thing I regret about upgrading to 10.

Tried it without the Xbox overlay while actually playing, it crashed unfortunately. If I stay still in-game however, the game doesn't crash. Bugger.

Best bet for a gaming rig at the moment is to run a dual-boot. Windows 7/8.1 dual-boot with Windows 10.

Yeah that sounds about right. Should have thought of that before upgrading to Windows 10.

Tried setting priority to normal as well as tinkering with the affinity. Some dude in the StarCraft II forums is having crashes as well with Windows 10 and he turned off one of his CPU and it stopped crashing. I thought it was a worth a try. I'm tempted to try a copy from...uhh...the disreputable part of the internet and see if I will have a CTD as well.

Anyway, what's intriguing with this issue is why crash within 10 - 20 minutes range considering we probably have different rig setups. The timing seems to be a bit standard for some reason.

Man, I've got same issue as yours, and now I have solved it by rename a dll file:

I sought in the ubisoft forum and found the "XAudio2_7.dll" to be the issue.
Some has found this crash with a note, and I searched my C disk to find 4 this files.
I renamed all to add a .bak and the game never crashes again.
Maybe you can have a check on this one, and may help a couple of players.

Yep doing it now. I'll reply back once I confirm it. I even tried to delete the XAudio2_7.x.manifest but it crashes Uplay so I just renamed the dlls.
