Plasma cannon
With the plasma gun you have a certain amount of shots before the gun needs time to recharge.

Default direct damage is 190 and explosion damage is 300.

Plasma damage can be customized, for those who know what they are doing add a section in your
GameUserSettings.ini
file called
[PlasmaDamage] and underneath that put Direct = amount and under that Explosion=amount where amount will be the amount of damage you want for direct and for explosion.

Just to clarify...

[PlasmaDamage]
Direct=190
Explosion=300

This above IS correct if you want to change the ini settings?

Kinda but the 190 and 300 are already set in the mod, so if you want them to be something different then you need to change them, if you leave them 0 or don't even customized the ini at all then the mod will use the default setting
