Cons:
-charge can only mini-crit
-causes large clanging sound upon hit (meele would be silent killer and even things out)
-20% more damage from explosives
None of theese numbers are final, I would appreciate any feedback.
Side notes: Charge impact makes a loud cymbal crashing noise.
Pro's:
On imapct, the targeted player becomes stunned for 5 seconds.
+5% charge rate
Con's:
-20% fire resistance on wearer.
On impact, (with aything), you become stunned for 2 seconds.
The stuns are equivelant to getting hit by a sandmans baseball.

The charge impact damage on your stats is to op, atleast the 200% one, and also, make a set number on charge impact damage, not just "deals impact damage at any range."
Another thing is the charge speed. All shields make you go faster thatn the scout. I would just keep it at the normal shield charge speed.
Also, the +15% less damage from fire doesn't even make sense, considering that metal melts after contacting with fire for a little while. So I would get rid of that, too.
Last thing, put in atleast one more balanced out con in there.
