On impact : victim gets stunned for approx. 5 seconds (wouldn't you be stumbling after being hit with a cymbal?)

There should be a sound like the crash of a symbal when you hit somebody.
Pros:
+120% charge duration
+charge deals inpact damage at any ranger OR +200% charge impact range
+charge increases speed to 150% (above scout speed)
+25% less knockback
+15% less damage from fire

Cons:
-charge can only mini-crit
-causes large clanging sound upon hit (meele would be silent killer and even things out)
-20% more damage from explosives
None of theese numbers are final, I would appreciate any feedback.

Side notes: Charge impact makes a loud cymbal crashing noise.

Pro's:
On imapct, the targeted player becomes stunned for 5 seconds.
+5% charge rate

Con's:
-20% fire resistance on wearer.
On impact, (with aything), you become stunned for 2 seconds.

The stuns are equivelant to getting hit by a sandmans baseball.

The charge impact damage on your stats is to op, atleast the 200% one, and also, make a set number on charge impact damage, not just "deals impact damage at any range."

Another thing is the charge speed. All shields make you go faster thatn the scout. I would just keep it at the normal shield charge speed.

Also, the +15% less damage from fire doesn't even make sense, considering that metal melts after contacting with fire for a little while. So I would get rid of that, too.

Last thing, put in atleast one more balanced out con in there.

+0.5 sec charge duration
+a succesful charge stuns the enemy for 4 secs
+full control when charging
+20% fire resistance
-no critical hits while charging

Hitting the enemy will produce a GONG like noise

Successful impact with foe causes sandman like stun on target for 5 seconds

Hitting a wall with while charging will stun you for 3 seconds
Rhythm and Melody
"Situation no win"

Pros:
- on impact, target dances for 3 seconds (applies to ubered targets)
- full turning control while charging
- Grants its abilities passively, does not need to be selected.
+70% weapon switch

Cons:
- can do no damage while charging
- dancing (stunned) targets gains +70% explosive resistance and immunity to melee attacks for 3 seconds
-causes large clanging sound upon hit (meele would be silent killer and even things out)
Hitting an enemy with a charge stuns enemies around you depending on how close they are
+75% less bouncing
+50% charge rate
+20% damage resistance
-50% charge damage
Crits during charges are replaced with an 80% damage bonus
Rattles as you charge, and creates a loud noise upon impact
i think it should do some more damage (more than the splendid screen) but make a loud cymbal noise on hit
Joke stat: If gets a charge crit with the pan, crashes server due to sonic boom
Direct impact while charging deals x3 knockback.

On impact with ubered enemy: Creates an explosion that damages enemies nearby except the ubered enemies.

-15% Charge duration.
Charger cannot change direction.
No random critical hits.
