50% faster firing speed
50% damage loss
Taunt: The soldier says "MAGGOTS" and starts swinging wildly. The last one is an overhead swing which is an instant kill.

Damage loss is when you lose attack damage. Say a weapon does 50 damage, 50% damage loss would then be 25.

That would be good actually. Swinging more often causes more damage.

One Use:
First use does minicrits and stuns enemy for a couple seconds
then it breaks and does 50% less damage, and to get it back you have to go to the respawn locker
On kill it also vaporizes people like the cow mangler.

Alt-fire: Reflects projectiles and bats people away. Works like the Pyro's compression blast.
Can only do it 3 times before a 12 second cooldown.
[-] 50% more damage taken from melee attacks.

when you miss 25 procent damage to weapon when distructed 25% less damage and alt fire doesnt work

Collects charge with damage
Alt-Fire (with charge): Soldier begins to run and swing the weapon in a frenzied manner, slowly depleting the weapon's charge
+ while in frenzied state hits will knock enemies to the side and 50% of the time will ignite them

I like this weapon; the model is nice and it has a clever pun, so there should be some good stats for it.
I suggest the following:
Each hit fills some of a meter that when activated causes stunning for .25 seconds (any weapon) and minicrits (the melee only)
Each hit has a 12.5% chance of breaking the weapon, causing it to deal 50% less damage (Fixed at the locker)
Minus 5% movement speed
Minus 10 health

On taunt: Swings many times at a fly, and the last swing is from the side (Like the homerun taunt) dealing 500 dmg.
