Ol' Shelly - Clean

Stats Idea!
Ol' Shelly is one of my favourite "Weapons" From the workshop so i made an stat idea for it:

Stat Idea:
+10 Health Points
-30% Damage from the enemies on back (no effect on backstab)
-20% Slower weapons speed change
-10% Moving Speed

How about this?

I see this item more as a razorback-like thing which has better protection (it never breaks), but more drawbacks:

+ Wearer cannot be backstabbed
+ +20% bullet resistance
- +25% fire vulnerability
- +33.3% crit vulnerability (crits would do 400% of base damage instead of 300%)

I hope they'll change that in the future, but the Ol' Shelly is currently listed as a misc. item...

I agree with sakoki
There should be no downside towards this weapon,

Like the Dawrins Danger Sheild, it gives you more health with no downside (the only "actual" downside towards the weapon is no secondary.)

The Stats should be:

+25 Explosive damage resistance


..and thats about it.

This is just a misc. I did upload this a while back as a weapon, but since Valve will only add gold star items going forward. this is the best chance to get Ol' Shelly in TF2 :balloonicorn:

- each time you are hit you are slowed by 50% for 3 seconds

How about this

The Sniper Turtle

When active sniper walks on all fours
-Cannot attack while active
-25% movement speed
+90% percent damage resistance
+Cannot be knocked back

It's a backshield so it's always active. And a sniper unable to attack is pretty useless, don't you think?

By active I mean when it's selected, and it's mean't to be a get away kind of thing.

How you're able to EQUIP this turtle shield, AS a shield?
So when you go to your seconday you get 33% less damage from all sources.
But it's hella hard to see what the ♥♥♥♥ you're doing.

Well, my stats idea is :

Positive side :
- Shield can block a backstab
- Shield can regenerate itself after a backstab
- -50% Bullet, Fire, Explosive and Melee damage from the back

Negative side :
- -20% Moving speed
- -100% Jumping height
- +25% Damage taken from any attack at the front
- Cannot transport Intelligence or Australium Briefcases

So the Sniper cannot jump with this item. But why? If he can jump with a 50 kg camper backpack on his back, he also should be able to jump with a 30 kg turtle shell on his back.
