Stats?
Ok I think it should be like the short ciruit but - projectile destroying ability and + 50% dmg increase. Uses seperate ammo supply.

Starts with a charge of 100 charge points (or whatever you want to call them). Shooting causes a loss of 20 charge. Charge regenerates at 2 charge/second. Collecting any ammo pack or killing an enemy with this weapon completely refills charge. +20% damage bonus. Does not require ammo.

Its a double barrel electrogun:

Special:Has no ammo, (like the pomson, and it reloads like the pomson)
-4 Bullets (it has 2 bullets)
+10% Dammage
Special: Mini crits instead of Critting.
+30% Chance to crit.

Maybe it could have the thumbnail stats but it would also be able to arc at high charges.
And overcharging could still power the weapon up further but still causes damage to the user.

+Can Shock Enemies Making Them Stunned For 5 Seconds
+Run To Produce Charge For the Gun
+No Need To Reload
-Get Shocked If Holding The Gun Underwater or Get Hit By Jarate And Mad Milk
-30 Less Damage

+when you hit enimies the electricity will spread to nearby enemies
+infinite ammo like the pompson

I think it should have like a warhammer plasma cannon feel when its hotter it does more damage but if its to hot it damages the wielder and when you fire it to long it gets hotter and stuff like that

Level --- Electric Shotgun

+No Ammo Required
+100% Damage vs Wet Players
+Primary Fire: Short Bursts of Electricity, damaging all enemies within range
+Damage over times builds up EMP Blast
+Secondary Fire: Fires a EMP Blast, once the gauge is full. Upon secondary fire, all buildings in range are disabled for a total of 8 seconds, while enemy targets are marked for death for 4 seconds.
-20% firing speed
-10% damage
-Firing while wet will damage self by 50% of shotgun damage
-Secondary Fire: Upon use, gun is disabled for 12 seconds
-Secondary Fire: Does -80% of damage
-Cannot be Crit Boosted
Alt-Fire: Fires a shot that takes 50 metal per shot instead of 1 bullet per shot and can remove sappers (+/-)
+20% firing speed (+)
+15% reload speed (+)
-10% damage penalty (-)
-30% hit-scan range (-)
