Stats (same guy who did boston bowie stats & pistol's stats)
After doing the other parts of the set i just decided to wrap it all up.

+75% accuracy (kinda good and bad at the same time)
+10% movement speed on kill (maximum of 10 AKA im runnin' circles around ya!)
+50% damage

+50% blast damage vulnerability while wealded
When damaged for over 25 damage a movement speed stack is removed

+clip-based reload
+stores a crit for every enemy jumped over
+40% jump height while active
-on reload: the entire clip is wasted (like the FaN)
-25% damage penalty
-no random crits

the leapfrog crits sounds good. may also reveal invisible spys in a sense for obvious reasons
so no leapfrog crit if spy isnt in normal state ( ie un disquised or non invisi)

reloads all shot at once

no crits nor minicrits

+60 damage when under half health
+40 overall damage
-30 spread
minicrits when shot in chest
-30% Bullet Spread
+30% Fire Rate
+Clip Based Reload
+Crits when it would normally Mini-Crit.
-25% Damage
+15% Damage Vulnerability from all sources
+15% Reload Speed
+10% Speed

The blocks healing should be a less overheal.Thats better

No random crits.
Every weapon does 15% more damage when out of ammo.

How about:

+ +50% accuracy
+ +10% damage
+ +10% firing speed
- -50% clip size
- -25% reload speed

This would be designed as a more long-range scout primary (like the Shortstop) or for hit and run tactics. You would not be able to stay in the midst of battle for long as the clip size and reload speed would hinder you too much.
