Stats?
Would it be a simple reskin or have it's own attributes? For example:
-25% Firing speed
-10% Weapon Switch Speed
Drain 100% cloak upon hitting a Spy
Spies lose disguise upon hit

To play into the Clue reference, this weapon will instantly reveal the Culprit of who sapped the sentry! Well, if you can HIT them, of course...

On hit: Stun for 3 seconds
+25% Damage Vs Stunned Players
-25% Firing Speed
No Random Critical Hits
