-20% slower Swing Speed (Its Looks a lot Bulkier than the fire axe. By Swing Speed I mean when the animation starts to hit someone with it, it takes longer, not it can't hit as often like with the atomizer.)

+20% more damage vs. Pyros

Thats What I think would be cool. Maybe add something that makes is regenerate faster while outside on snow maps like coldfront.

Making it the melee equivalent of the laser flare gun sounds pretty good.
*Extinguishes teammates, giving a charge for a crit.
*Will never randomly crit
*For an added bonus you can make it extinguish enemies, too, so you can extinguish someone you just burned and then immediately hit them again for a guaranteed crit.
(It would be like a slower Axtinguisher kill in exchange for some alternate utility)

It's great because unlike the laser flare gun you're unlikely to waste the critical shot by missing.

+On hit, freezes enemy for 5 seconds
-70% damage penalty

On Kill: Leaves frozen body
That's it. No other stats. Just let us have a badass Stock Reskin.

isn't this just an all-around worse version of the Axetinguisher?
Pyros already don't take afterburn damage.

They could make this like the old Axetinguisher that crits all burning enemies, but it melts in fire. I just miss the Axetinguisher...

Pros:

-15% faster firing speed
-15% damage bonus
-turn enemies to ice if you hit them whilst they are wet (water, jarate, mad milk) (instant kill)
-disables enemy buildings on hit (sapper with no damage, sparks spew out of building)
-immune to both the jarate and mad milk effects
-ice instantly regenerates in water

Cons:

-15% slower weapon switch
-25% slower walking speed when equipped (does not affect swimming)
-50% damage penalty when ice is broken
-ice breaks if anything besides a player or building is hit
-ice takes 15 seconds to regen
-enemy buildings can be re-enabled by being hit with a wrench (standard sapper health)
