Honestly, we need a pair of boots that takes up the Primary slot for Soldier + Heavy which increases speed (and that's it since you are losing your primary weapon for increased speed). This would make Shotgun Soldiers and Heavies more useful and dangerous in-game.

Not a pair of boots with less fall damage and self damage. For one, the less self damage is already in Gunboats so who cares? Two the less fall damage is also already in the Mantreads as well... Combining the two together would make these boots pretty useless/not used.

It would have to be a secondary for Soldier and a primary for Demoman.

Standart-issued police protection lower limb armor. Just to insure what there will be at least something left of you.
  • +100% increase in turning controll when charging
  • +30 max health on wearer
  • Melle kills refill 15% of your charge meter (Shield required)
  • +5% faster move speed on wearer(Shield required)(For Soldier, active only while melle is
    active)
  • User takes 10% less explosive damage from his own stickies.

Less faster and slightly more tankier version of DemoKnight!
Also usable for half-knights, but we all know what theese guys only use shield+cannon, not the boots.)
As for Soldier, this might prove to be a chance to try a SoldierKnight.(Katana/Baton+Walkers+Jumper)
