[ALPHA BUILD]
For testing purposes only!

Mod adds effects to tracers. May hit FPS hard!!!

For now it covers only red tracers and all bullets have effects enabled (tracers and not).

@KITARO, look like nothing I can help here. There is a parameter in config called "effectfly", that is doesn't work anymore.

Well, I found that it is impossible to change tracers the right way with this implementation. Probably, this mod will not be updated.

Particles that make tracers more solid. Light sources maybe in future.
