Thank you for fixing!

This is a known error for which to fix I created a modified version of Asset Vehicle Editor (linked in its comments). Since 1.6 the game tries to re-use meshes/materials across vehicles, so their names seem to be treated as globally visible to other vehicles. Saving similar variants of a vehicle from the same asset editor session then leads to duplicate prefab (read: mesh/material) name errors. Adding the steam ID as a prefix to all mesh/material names fixed the problem.

I already fixed this for three other vehicles, but simply didn't stumble over the 474 having the problem either (don't actually play the game anymore...). So, thank you for the error report! Seems most subscribers are only using either of the variants.

Anyways, should be fixed now. Before testing, please make sure steam really updated the asset by unsubscribing and resubscribing.

First of all, thanks for your assets.

Unfortunately, since version 1.6, I cannot use the 3 car version and the 6 car version simultaneously.

I get the following error:
Broken assets:

Custom Assets: 785264960.Trailer0: Duplicate prefab name
Custom Assets: 785264960.Trailer1: Duplicate prefab name [BrokenAssetException]

Details:
No details

With IPT, only one version (the first installed version) can be select, whereas the other version is unselectable.

Maybe I should just desaturate all traffic red vehicles, leaving absolute realism aside. Stupid part is, you have to rebuild every train just to update textures... I should write a mod to simplify this...
CUADRADITOS 22 déc. 2016 à 10h08
Yes, that red its perfect, not too saturate. I already have that mod and correction realistic 1.2 but this red is... buff... You understand me! Anyway thanks for this awesomes metros. I will wait your new assets!
Thaok  [créateur] 22 déc. 2016 à 8h49
Thank you! The red color DB is using today is called "traffic red". Yes, that's the actual color commonly used on traffic signs... A long time ago they used to use nicely toned down colors, e.g. this red: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=572665186

To ease your eye pain, I would recommend using Daylight Classic mod and/or less saturating color LUTs.

Ok, thx for the complete answer. I will wait for the new assets you create. The problem of this train is the red color, too dangerous for my eyes! XD

Your idea it's good, add a line color on the rectangle between doors and roof, or the roof entire! Your other trains/metro are awesome too and very unusual!
Thaok  [créateur] 22 déc. 2016 à 2h18
On the chamfer between walls and roof of the trailer car there actually should be a large unit ID number. How about using these (or maybe some rectangle) for line coloring? Probably too disturbing... Or I could add destination signs behind the rearmost windows of the power cars.

I actually don't want to add further variants of the asset just for coloring. There are already more to come for the bi-current subseries (also featuring a pantograph for remote parts of the routes).

I Know this is the original color, but, can you make a lined colored? The red or white parts? Many thx for the assets, I always used your trains for metro
