Provides a common core set of library functions for modders as well as making required core changes.

This must be loaded immediately after "Core".

We will endeavour to try and not break saves by updating this, but we cannot guarantee this, if you want full control over this mod and its updates I suggest getting it from the thread on the forums[ludeon.com] or direct from Github[github.com]
