Roads United Core 2.0

Description
The original RU Core mod

Fully supports the Core+ naming scheme and NExt roads, depending on the used texture packs.

Road texture replacement mod - needed for applying custom texture packs.

It works like Terrain Themes, i.e. gets a xml file with the theme information and applies it in-game.

can be found on the workshop

Templates
The template for creating your own texture mods can be found here:: https://github.com/Killface1980/RoadsUnited_Custom_Theme_Template

Download links for the source texture files from RoadsUnited: Germany can be found in the Git ReadMe.

Just stick to the naming conventions of Roads United: Germany if you want to create your own texture packs.

This mod is not compatible with other mods which also alter the road textures, like UK Roads, American Roads, Dutch Roads, Road Color Changer etc.

The mod works incorrectly. The texture pack is displayed, but I always have to reselect it before city loading. It also hinders the terminal textures of the airport DLC. White structures appear at night. Only unsubscribing helps. Are there any good alternatives now?

Not sure what the difference is between this mod and the old Roads United Mod, as they both still work fine for me. Oh well

This mod along with all of the other Roads United skins for it work perfectly fine and have always worked for my game. I have all of the dlc expansions and I have never had issues with this one or the Core+ version.

but yeah, paradox ruins any game. they wanna be take2/ea/ubi.
hate that CO seems to be fine with it, they shouldve split off for the new game.

@Killface I totally get it dude. Yea the developers are money grubby, but compared to others its minor. We really need a modern city game so bad.
