New weapon suggestion: The Thunderclap
Class: Heavy
Weapon Slot: Primary
Stats:

(+)Doesn't require ammo
(+)No spin up required
(+)15% Faster move speed
(+)40% Tighter spread
(-)Can overheat (!) Overheats after 7.5 seconds of firing (!!) Cooldown rate: 1.5 secs not firing = 1 sec of firing
(-)Overheating does 55 self damage
(-)35% Damage penalty
(!)Introduces a new damage type: Electric

Nice idea for a gordbort style weapon for heavy, but lose the new damage type

Instead of a single huge chunk of damage when overheating, I'll suggest making a 'take damage while overheating' to balance it, sort of a use health as ammo type idea

Since it does not require ammo nor spinup, it will be a flanking heavy, but it lacks the damage to do so, so at the current state, its very situational
