I've been getting allot of this lately, where new sub'd mods are not downloading. Deleting the civmoddatabase file in the cache folder works and fixes the issue, but it seems like I always have to do it now to get new mods to download. Is this the norm for others?

EDIT: Yes, I do have updates on "high priority" for Civ5
