how do you get it kill someone with the same hat a few times then get an achievement that comes with the hat?..... oh wait wrong hat

derp... nvm the first image is a decent size. But it does clearify and confirm my previous concern. This hat's texture seems to lack the rugged detail presented in the art style of the game. It looks way to silky, shiny and undetailed. There's a difference between a clean and silky hat, and an item that doesn't fit the game's art style.

A puritan tophat like this for heavy, soldier, medic, spy and sniper would be interesting... But this model and texture here clearly needs some work. I can tell even in these small and unrevealing images. It almost looks like the hat itself is cell-shaded or something. And obviously, any item with such a weird texture that it looks like it's using a different *shader* all together, is very very unfitting for the game.
