I thumbed you up because the design is awesome, the mechanic is incredibly interesting and I love tractor beams. I would just suggest making it a little bit easier, but this is very nice for those out there looking for a challenge. Well done!!
I get that you want to differentiate which cube goes into what button, but the sphere here was your enemy because it kept rolling away from my beams when I replaced the portals.
Then, and this isn't your design, but valve's, the grating is a little tiring to look through after a while. And it's hard to find portalable surfaces because of the thickness of the mesh. I really liked what you did here, but that darn grating isn't great for visibility.
