Pyro: +can upgrade and repair Engineers buildings and remove sappers -Wastes 25 ammo for Primary weapon and only gets 25 ammo per 5 seconds from dispensers and -25 damage
-25% damage against players.
Knocks away projectiles on hit. (Basically an airblast)
On Projectile Hit (when you hit a rocket or sticky-bomb) - Destroys all projectiles in a short radius.
As for Pyro, it can be something like
-25% damage against players.
On Player Hit - Removes all their projectiles (E.G. if you hit a demoman all his stickys will blow up)
for the engineer, Valve is going to have some fun with the stats.
Now all engy needs is the pyros homewrecker :)
-50% Slower swing speed
+33% metal input when striking buildings
+30% construction speed
+25% damage
+50 max metal capacity
No random critical hits (what an original downside)

Increased metal input and capacity makes it better as burst repair/upgrade than other wrenches. However, it's considerably worse at defending against sustained attacks. Slower swing speed also means that the two hits to remove a sapper now come slower. The increased damage gives Pyros an incentive to use it even when there are no Engineers. The increased construction speed is there to counteract the slower swing speed as well but also gives the Pyro some added utility when it comes to starting a base getting built. Since it is an Engineer weapon, the ability to remove sappers would also carry over to the Pyro, but not to the severity of the Homewrecker.
