This weapon is a really good idea. wee need it for the following classes
Scout
Soldier
Pyro
Demoman
Heavy
Medic
Sniper

But Not spy or engineer

i think this weapon have to be only for soldier and demoman

new mechanic durablilty
+ %50 damage
- %25 attack speed
has a maximum damage out put of 500
after that it breaks, can pick up new one form resupply locker

Agree with the comments that this should be demo only, no other melee weapons (except for frying pan) can be used in different classes.

NIce idea but i have some ideas for it.
1. Only for solder. It would only realy fit for demoman or solder and demoman has enough melee weapons already.
2. When swinging it in water x2 faster movement speed!
