Good skin, but the can clearly floats over the Pyro's hand, not sure if that can be fixed though.
Also, with some changes here and there, and it could become a (another) Flare Gun.

How about instead of airblasting it coats enemies with flamable liquid (like mad milk, and jarate) that decreases move speed -40% and if they are set on fire while coated they explode.

that'd be sweet if when you sprayed your spray graphic while you had that spray can out, the spray came out of the can and then your spray appeared instead of just magically appearing.

perhaps fires only one burst at a time, with minicrits on flaming targets, and has only 15-20 ammo carried, otherwise its just a second flamethrower

Secondary flamethrower, I think, is a bad idea. But then again, I love the pocket rocket, so I can't say I don't support this :P

It looks awesome, but you say it will be the pyro's secondary weapon instead of the primary flamethrower. You could create a flare gun that fires hairspray cans instead of normal flares.
