Kinda surprised to see all these really old items from back in the day suddenly surface, I wonder if there's any valve interns scouring this place for stuff right now. Honestly I can see medic using kitchen utensils in his surgeries lol, this is a man who somehow lost an entire skeleton while operating on someone (potentially)

I dont think it works with medic, despite being a decent quality weapon, i dont believe kitchen appliances is a good replacement for a medic.

Taunting would be worth the weapon itself.
The weapon itself should have be similar to what the gunslinger's taunt is.
Just needs a major inconvenience, like getting jammed in bone and sinew.

Stats could be:
Has a battery that recharges when not equiped
-10% turning speed
On hit: Enemy is slowed or even stopped
On miss: Caught your fingers in whisks. Idiot.
