Stats
100% more damage
100% more damage to buildings
50% slower move speed when equipped
50% slower swing speed
Upon hitting teammate-
Makes you GLOW until death
Makes you visible through walls until death
Unable to switch weapons until death
25% slower move speed until death

Based on the description, Stat-Wise it would do extra damage, but it would damage allies if hit and possibly swing slower. The last one was a guess, try to make it more balanced on the fly.
