Upon one hit head shot it should freeze enemys in there death pose like the spy cicle.

i have a few stat ideas, they're kinda like sydney sleeper
no headshots
on hit slows target for a few seconds (dependant on charge)
random crits will freeze completely for 5 second
and kills will leave ice sculptures(like spycicle)

reminds me about simo häyhä :) (check right now if you dont know who is he)

If this nice-looking weapon would be on it's own, it would have these effects:

+ slows enemies down by damage dealt, up to 90%
- 50% less damage by charge
- reload speed decreases by damage dealt on shot, up to 60%

slow down affects also opponent's firing speed as well.

-10 hp when pulling out of an aim (as in R click out not reload) because the ice stuck to the eye

how to download?

I think he used it as Machina because of the Tounge on Pole joke.

stats should be
+on hit: victim slows down 50% for 3 sec.
+25% reload speed
since its cold, you reload slower, but it freezes enemies so they slow down for a few seconds
