Yes, i'm aware of that, but sadly every time i start the creative kit to fix it, the creative kit decides to crash

I like this mod, but I can't use it. For some reason it makes the Draugr shouts too fast. I was just trying to fight Red Eagle and he would Fus Ro Dah me and then every time my character would start to get up, he would do it again and that made it impossible to even draw my weapon.

I could make it if could make my modding kit work, sadly i can't.
I would have patched all the DLC's too if i could.

i was hoping to find a mod that added a fortify shout cooldown enchantment but nobody cares about us enchanters anymore. cool mod

can you try finding them on skyrim nexus, my steam i buggy as hell, so i can't download mods from here. so if you would, then please find them and copy the URL into a comment

how could or would I link you to the mods? I did give you the exact names of those mods.

@zeecrop: i can only update if i get the dawnguard expansion, an as my budget are limited, and i don't like buying from online stores, then none of my mods will be updated for dawnguard, but i would certanly like to do it if i could.
@goku1984kakarot: i can't help you with the shouts, i always follow the graybeards guideline for the shouts, but try searching google. also can you please link me the to mods, so i can make a compitality patch

also i added the mods Dragon Breath Shouts and Concentrative Fire/Frost Shouts and the this mod is ineffective with those. Can you fix this?

i have an issue that i was wondering if you can help me with. I can't find any of slow time walls. I don't think it has to do with any of the mods although im not positive. id have to start a new game and check it out but are there any ideas or suggestion you have that could help me?

Please update this for dawnguard i use the version with some cooldown time. I really thing the settings are good i actually get to use more then one shout in a battle but it still feels balanced. The no time is a bit to much and can be overpowering please update =P

i don't know why the draugr shouts so fast, i havent touched them at all, and about the greybeards i never had any problem with that part, so it my be another mod, or a mod that affects shouting in another way, if you do have such a mod, then please inform me so i can make a patch. and yes the draugers shout ectremely fast, they also do that in my game, and i don't know why, the shout has been set to 15 sec for them in vanilla, and i haven't changed that, so it may be a bug.

another note to look into. Not sure if it was your mod, but it was the only thought that came to mind. I started a new game to level a mage and make her a vampire and get the vampire perk achievement done. I run back to whiterun after killing my first dragon as per quest line, and as I get the part where the Greybeards are supposed to shout, the game freezes. I ended up turning off all my mods just to get past that part and get into Whiterun, whereupon I saved my game and reloaded my mods.
So my thought. Did your addon mess with the greybeards too? Remember I commented before, mentioning the Draugr that would shout ten times in twenty seconds and continuously knock me off my feet? Just thought you ought to know.

yes i actually have, you need to spend the dragon soul on the shout first, you do this by highlighting the shout you want and clicking "R"
thats at least if you are using the deafauklt options.

I have another concern though. Don't think it has anything to do with this mod though, but not sure who to ask about it. I can only use Unrelenting Force and the 1st Whirlwind shout. I have collected all of Marked For Death and have slain around 3-5 more dragons since then. Any idea why my other shouts won't become highlighted?

This mod is awesome! Being able to use Unrelenting Force like I want to is terrific. When a draugh yells at me I yell right back and send them flying. And I keep yelling until they die again. =]

this mod will only be affected if you have any other mod that's changing the listed shouts. but if thats the case then try launching the game only using this mod and check if the shouting time is changed, if not then i don't know what could be wrong, this mod ONLY affects shouting time, nothing else.

I am having an issue and i am not sure what to do. I subscribed 24 mods and so far I have been able to immediately check 7 and none of them worked. I am not sure if the mods were faulty or if it was something else. THis mod is one of the failures. I'm gonna work on check others and if that fails I'm gonna relaunch the game (I'm presuming relaunch means reinstall). Please if anybody have any advice or information to help me it would be awesomely appreciated.

i'll investigate the drauger shouts when i get back to my home computer, and then i'll see if i can do somthing to increase the cooldown for the drauger shouts.

suggestion: I was in a crypt where a drager lord (or some other) krept shouting at me. I'm a player of stealth and normally I'd hide back and shoot arrows at my foes, but he discovered me and shouted at me, hit me with his own arrow, shouted at me again, and again, and again... and his unrelenting force lived up to it's name - I kept getting flung backwards into a wall repeatedly and I couldn't attack him properly. I had to reload my quick save make sure he didn't see me! >.<
So yeah, any way to make the shouts have little or no cooldowns for the player, and not so much for the NPC's. I even heard Ulfric Stormcloak shouting repeatedly in the streets of Solitude during the war. I ran on ahead to the palace just to get in there and get the quest over with lol =)

it's right that most of the shouts have no cooldown.
if you'll like i can make a version with less cooldown than vanilla skyrim, but more than listed here. If you'll like that then please give me the times you'll like that the different shouts to have, that'll make it easier to finish with an acceptable result.
