Its not a big deal though.
His model had a better reception, and thus got in.
And his had a little better refinement to it.

The funny thing is, if you look at all, my model was in the steam workshop before Dr Whoa.
He just got more positive ratings, while i got really quite few.

Blender and Paint.net .
Made the model in blender, and the texture with paint.

(Or maybe it was the model in Paint.net and the texture in blender.)
