Since Zeus is now out, I suggest you guys simply download a Zeus mission, or run the inbuilt ones. It can do just as much, and more. I don't see much sense in continuing development on this ;)

The code of this mission is hereby free to be used in any mission of your own, without requesting permission. You can Google how to find the mission its ".pbo" file, and how to extract it. Credits in your published mission are appreciated, but I won't require you to do that.

Can you add to the spawning, and make it that you can spawn casual friendly NPC's, like not with guns and stuff and also would be good if you could change their clothes, thanks.

Unfortunately, the "Spawn Objects" does not work as it should after the update (not all objects in list, some don't spawn).

@everyone, I've been really busy at work, haven't worked on this mission for ages. Not sure if it will update any time soon. If I do get time, I'll look into all the mentioned issues.

@Eraknelo, any way you could add compatability for spawning vehicles that arent under the classnames of car/air/armored? I run the HAFM hmmwv's mod and they are in their own complete class under vehicles not under cars or things and I would like to be able to spawn them in through the vehicle spawn script. Thanks. Oh and in the next update could you add the rest of the opfor and blufor units?

@Power Hungry, you should be able to find the .pbo file somewhere in My Documents/Arma 3, edit privately, or publish with credits would be appreciated ;)
@Subartic, you can edit the mission to your liking by clicking the edit button in the mission select screen.

Encountered a major problem, opfor enemy ai not spawning anymore, I click spawn and nothing happens, tanks still spawn though, is there a limit on spawning units, I mean is it like once the spawning limit is reached, opfor enemy infantry will not spawn anymore?

Hey Eraknelo, after a bit editing and playing around with the scripts now this is perfect, I made invincible AI and using mcc to generate missions, btw it seems that the died bodies dont get deleted , I tested about 5 hrs,but I found this command which remove died bodies instantly,just copy and paste into the debug console and execute. it might be some help to you if you ever decided to update this addon, have a great day man. {if (_x isKindOf "Man") then {deleteVehicle _x}} forEach allDead

It all works with scripts. You'll have to unpack the .pbo, and edit the /scripts/ai/spawn_ai.sqf file, line 5 to
{ if (!isPlayer _x && side _x == east) then { deleteVehicle _x; }; } forEach allUnits;
I won't tell you how to extract and pack all this, cause it's an entire process ;) But here's the information you need once oyu figured that out.

hey man, Got a quick question, I customized ur addon only added some customized ai, and high command units, (only for personal use, not going publish it). Note theres an option in the menu to remove all ai, is there a way in the script to just remove opfor ais, and not blufor ais, please let me know if I can change it in the scripts. (Hope its a true or false trigger) lol.

Thank you for the fast response Eraknelo, this addon is becoming one of mine favorite, or the best one ever, because I have played some Arma 3 addons, and they all have the same issue after 1 or 2 hrs into the game, the ai wont shoot or engage enemies,sigh,so far I have not encounter this issue in your addon, I think its because you used the vanilla aram 3 ai settings.Now this is awesome,you definately have put time into this addon, I appreciate your efforts, Thank you man.
ps will there be a future update?, I would play this addon for the rest of the Arma 3 days, with ai or with friends, So, keep this going.

Hey Iluminatus, I have not changed the AI difficulty in any way, they are default for whatever is your game's default :)
If you go into options, there's a vehicle despawn box, you can set it to "never".

Hey Eraknelo, I just found this addon yesterday , so good, I dont know if this addon was designed for this but I just play in single player, basically build a base and spawn enemies on the map, and go to kill it with my squad. Got some questions though
1. is the ai difficulty the same with the orginal arma ai settings?, cuz some addon have their own ai difficulties, eg:DUWS
2:is there an option to save the vehicles that I spawned,permanently?
I think this mission is like a single player sandbox, where I can just do whatever I want, its great.

lol I only go to the salt lake, build myself a base like in wasteland and spawn an apocolypse of AI and kill them..... VERY USEFUL if you want to IMPROVE your wasteland building skills..

@Hoxton, The mods must be badly configured. The system currently just shows all categories and all the categories their vehicles. If these mods don't configure their vehicles well enough, there's little I can do about it, other than manually adding all vehicles, which is a pain in the ass to do.

As for the random events, that'd be a lot of code, that I currently don't really have time to write.

@Dibs, just released an update, should be fixed. Bohemia changed the "removeAllActions" function, it was causing errors after they did. Should all be fixed now ;)

Yeah, i'm getting the same problem. It's pretty much unplayable. We can't kill eachother, because after that we can't teleport, spawn vehicles, etc.
