Current one could be called "Armynonomus", and the ranked one "Target top", since snipers since the revolutionary war always target the highest ranking personnel first to sow confusion in the enemy ranks.

I really like this. The only thing I'd suggest is adding an alternate style where the cap has a sgt. insignia on it. (The three upward facing arrows) Here's what the looks like: http://www.508pir.org/images/insignia/G4-SGT.gif
