The feet look a liiiiiiiiiittle blocky, but I feel like that'd probably be fine in-game.
Also, unless this is meant to be equipped as a secondary weapon, wouldn't wearing these with either of the soldier's boots be an issue?

+20% Faster move speed on wearer
+30% Blast damage from rocket jumps

Pairs well with the Escape Plan, however rocket jumps are rather discouraged because of extra damage done to self. Speed's always nice to a slow class.
