Very innovative. Interesting.

Nice map, with a good layout. I'd rate it easy difficulty because I found an alternate solution. Here's a screenshot

Based on all the feedback, I have modified the map, adding a small room that shows the idea of submerging a cube before entering the main puzzle. The previous design was too unintuitive.

I was able to solve with 2 cubes as well, in a method very similar to what Kay-Z had done, but the door stayed wide open for me. I looked at your solution screenshot and I must say I never would have thought to put the second cube under the lower floor grating.

Yes, it feels strange, there's another similarly strange by | \_/ () (using 3 cubes). Maybe I'll add some elements to prevent those, but I'll have to think it, so that the puzzle won't be too obvious. Thanks for feedback anyway, at least I know it's far from intuitive solution :)

Finished it using only two cubes too. But it didn't feel right :D. one cube below the grating to get the laser point upwards in the orange funnel and then adding the second cube above in the direction of the laser catcher and then just wait at the exit until the laser touches the catcher for a very very short moment and escape through the momentarily open exit . But you solution looks much more elegant :)

Well, maybe this chamber should be named Hard instead of Medium / Hard. Seems it's not that easy as I thought :)

I knew what i was doing. It wasn't an accident.

I think I did spoiler tag it in case you saw it in activity feed. I remember it also happened to me one with some of your maps. Anyway, thanks for testing, I'm glad you liked it :)

Brilliant. I like this one. (Unfortunately, I looked at the screenshot before I figured it out on my own.)

@| \_/ () - that's not exactly the intended solution. Here's the intended, I think it looks more elegant ;) screenshot - it's an obvious spoiler.
I've added your map to queue. Thanks for testing.

and if you like it, play more of mine, 'cuz they're not just regular maps.

Well doing it is not that hard, but thinking about the correct placement for each cube is a real challenge ^^
8MMW  [author] Jun 21, 2013 @ 10:31am
I'm glad to know that it was "weirdest ever" :) Sometimes quotes from Portal 1 come in handy. I guess it was not very hard to complete it, since the room doesn't give many possibilities, but I thought it was strange enough to be interesting.
Geneosis Jun 21, 2013 @ 9:54am
wow, just WOW! That's the weirdest laser cube placement ever XD
Now I see that the description help a bit to get the idea :p But this cube is the last one I thought about ;)
Andi Jun 20, 2013 @ 10:28am
Actually yes, I solved it using three cubes too.
8MMW  [author] Jun 20, 2013 @ 2:44am
Ok, the one cube solution is no longer possible. There should be only one way of solving this test now.
8MMW  [author] Jun 19, 2013 @ 2:56pm
I'll try to fix this in some more subtle way than an angled panel on the ceiling, but it may take some time. I hope not many people will try to aim at the laser catcher at this angle :)
Did you manage to finnish it in any other than this or eliminated 2-cube way?
And again, thanks for feedback, I would never find this solution.
Andi Jun 19, 2013 @ 2:51pm
Here's the one cube solution. It's a fluke solution.

That fix did solve the problem of solving it with two cubes but I hate to tell you this... I solved it using just one cube. I'll try to upload a screenshot.
8MMW  [author] Jun 19, 2013 @ 2:25pm
I updated it right now, there should be only one solution with 3 cubes, you can check if your previous solution still works. I deleted portalable surfaces on two opposite walls.
Thanks for your feedback.
8MMW  [author] Jun 19, 2013 @ 2:13pm
I don't think I playtested it long enough, so its quite possible. Would mind sending a screenshot of the solution? I think it may be because of too many portalable walls.
Playing your Landlocked right now - the name is very adequate :)
Andi Jun 19, 2013 @ 2:09pm
I solved this one using only two cubes. Is that supposed to happen?
