That's actually a clever idea for the shield, what if it has the ability to simply plow through anyone in your way, much like how the Loose Cannon currently works, or like a Left 4 Dead 2 Charger.

Really really like your set, even if I don't believe any of the team would let our loveable drunk friend get anywhere near the train controls. :P Assuming there was a reason they're on a train...
Good luck, I really hope your full set gets considered, with some sort of "Full set bonus" similar to pyro's gas jockey set. Got a favorite from me.

I actually like your whole collection with this train stuff, and it would be really nice to see Demo get an entirely new shield with different stats. Maybe some bullet resistence, instead of the past shield's blast/fire damage res. Maybe a much longer "train-like" charge, but you can't stop it until it ends, or you hit something. Damage to self upon collision with walls (but not enemy combatants) ect ect.
It's pretty sweet, and I just can't see this being anything more than a re-skin or something.. But maybe it could work with the rest of the set- instead be it's own unique weapon. Maybe knockback on hit, instead of increased range. Enemy speed down for 2 or 3 seconds upon hit- but it would be no more powerful than the default bottle.
