Totally cheesed the turret room by the way. Will probably edit that. It's not a difficult solution anyway. An elegant solution to the light bridge puzzle. It's not my intended way, but I did swear I was going to allow for multiple solutions to that part, after too many edits of trying to prevent exploits, that convoluted the map even more. Still got me to rethink this map. But atm I'm busy working on a new co-op map. Btw, loved the Talking Heads rendition

Oh yeah, this is a way back when type of deal. That was really entertaining to watch! Even at the start when not noticing the remaining faith plate on the platform, and the only other catapult target. Honestly the only reason the others were there is to get a better look around the room and be able to spot the other catapult target. It's kind of a design goof, as I could've just put glass there and have a minimum amount of confusion. But I had trouble letting go of those, I remember. Everyone I saw playing the map did find them fun

playtest of your level https://youtu.be/MoGzpTXYvJI ... interesting, thought this level was new, but it's from 2012 ... well ... have fun anyway. Skip ahead to about 18 minutes for the oh so exciting conclusion.

Part 3:
The setup for the room has changed. P1 again jumps through their portals so p2 replaces it with a bridge. Once on the bridge, p1 needs to take over the bridge so player 2 can extend it with their portals towards the turret platform while on the button. To do this, player 1 places a portal on the grated surface below. P2 is going to place the bridge on the other grated surface to extend the bridge to p1s portal as p1 shoots their other portal to extend the bridge beneath p1s feet. Now one of p1s portals is in the right place. After that p2 deactivates the fizzler to the bridge so p1 can place their other portal on the bridge. Then p2 stands on the button to extend the bridge towards the turrets. P1 kills the turrets and puts the bridge on the laser grid portable surface so p2 can come over to the exit.

Well, here’s the intended solution. The map can be divided into three parts.

Part 1:
Players need to get in the side room to deactivate the laser bridge to be able to get to the turrets on their platform. The faith plate on the turrets platform takes you there. Here’s how to get there: player 1 jumps through their portals on the surface above the tractor beam, while player 2 quickly replaces the portal p1 comes out of with the tbeam. This is in order to carry p1 on the ceiling, above the tbeam, without getting shot. Then p2 stands on the button and places the beam on the flip panel to let p1 quickly go through. Once p1 is in the side room they can let p2 in.

Part 2:
In this room, players place down one portal and fire the other at the ceiling targets after they lean on the buttons, so the turrets drop on each other. Shooting a portal simultaneously is somewhat of a preparation for the next part.

i don't know how to solve it
Mr Vapour Waterhandle  [autore] 31 gen 2013, ore 15:08
Alright, that should be fixed now.
Furtive Pygmy 31 gen 2013, ore 14:04
it was so complex i used air strafe to solve it :V

Sorry...There are people who go 'nice board/charter/post-it/card' and then just post a link without actually playing the map. I appreciate it if you like the map and even more when you post a comment, but for a link I expect like, 'I thought this part was cool', or 'I thought maybe this part could be better' , something like that.

:( I did play it and enjoyed it, but oh well sry if you saw it as spam
Mr Vapour Waterhandle  [autore] 23 gen 2013, ore 2:53
Yeah uh I deleted that. No spam please. It's alright to give some thought-out feedback and then ask to play your map in return, but this way there's no way to tell for me whether you actually even played it, or just want to advertise your map.

I found out I could simply change the trajectory a bit and can't strafe to the platform that way. So I think it's all fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.
Mr Vapour Waterhandle  [autore] 22 gen 2013, ore 9:03
No, that was not intended. I thought it wasn't possible but testing it I see I missed a faith plate. I hope that's not how 200 people have done it :P I will try to fix that soon.

I don't know if this was intentional, but you can skip most of the test by air straffing in thethe bouce pab. I did this without using the funnel
Leviathan 21 gen 2013, ore 15:07
looks complex... I wanna try it!
