Were did you get the menu screen ?I looked ad all 1100 and did not find is it somewhere else? please help
SMWills Nov 3, 2013 @ 3:42pm
Works great but Dwemer Scrap Metal is listing as MISC and not SMELTABLE... It has the other 6 types of smeltable scrap but not that one. Just go to a Smelter and look at the Dwarven ingot requirements... 6 are SMELTABLE but one is still MISC and has weight (2 lbs).
Other than that little oversight It's an awsome mod!
Thadian Aug 11, 2013 @ 8:56pm
The look of the menu is from the mod SkyUI, you might like it. I don't use it because it isn't helpful to me (I play with a logitech controller).
Batman Aug 9, 2013 @ 2:07pm
wait the look of the manu is part of the mod
saige  [author] Jul 25, 2013 @ 2:14am
Other than Dragon Bone, I believe everything else that's a bone I left with weight as they had no actual use other than vendoring. I made the label in the event a compatible mod made use of them. Gems and Soul Gems should not have weight. So it might be a crafting mod that is loading after that made changes to them.
Thadian Jul 23, 2013 @ 9:22am
I am using your package of "Weightless Item Sorting" for all DLC and normal, with SKYUI and SKSE.

Horker Tusks, Mammoth Tusks both still have weight. So do gems and soul gem fragments.

For now I will just download another weightless mod on top of this one, great work!

(It seems to be the "Bones" group)

Won't show? I'll make a guess and say you didn't read the description and notice that this only changes names and not the layout of the UI. If you wish to use the same UI I do, scroll up and read my recommendations.

You shouldn't need to move anything into your data folder. If you sub, it will put it there automatically. I would also highly recommend that if you're new to modding, do not install anything manually. Some mods are far more complicated than just one file and it can be very messy and give you all types of headaches. As to fixing your order, if you're not using a mod manager, you can do it via the launcher menu under Data Files. Select the one you want and at the bottom you'll have two buttons you can use to move things up and down. On the subject of those two mods you mentioned, both should not have any issues with this mod as they do different things.

@[102ND] Hopit
I actually considered doing just that, plus a few other items, but opted to not change them in the end as some people might not want them changed. Though honestly if you're using this version, I'm of the mind that they would probably be fore it.

So long reply to short, I don't see why not so when I get a chance I'll do just that.
Hopit Feb 27, 2013 @ 1:35pm
Could you remove mammoth tusks weight also?
For it's needed in some mods in rather large quantities.
saige  [author] Feb 18, 2013 @ 4:41am
Just a note for everyone that has asked, Hearthfire is up now and Dragonborn should be up within a day. If you have any suggestions or if I've made a mistake or missed an item, please let me know in their respective pages.
pip Feb 6, 2013 @ 11:34pm
Cool, found it, keep up the great work!
saige  [author] Feb 6, 2013 @ 1:07am
Yes, they're on the same page. You can find it in the optional downloads.
pip Feb 5, 2013 @ 9:35am
Do you have THIS mod with weightless items on nexus?
saige  [author] Jan 21, 2013 @ 10:38pm
@Father Azerun
Both should be available a little while after Dragonborn is released.
Father Azerun Jan 21, 2013 @ 3:52pm
I really love this mod and am very happy to have it as a major part of my Skrim experience. I know it is terrible to request, but do you have plans for some of teh other expansion items (like Hearthfire, and do you have plans to expand this if Dragonborn adds new items?) No matter what you do, you truly have my thanks, from one of Skyrim's many crafting kleptomanics. . . .
saige  [author] Jan 19, 2013 @ 9:05pm
Nexus should be upto date. Atm I can't see any comments over there so let me know what the issue is and I'll check it out. Please note though that the Nexus version of this mod has the same name as the weighted version for BOSS users.

what is the mod you have showing all items?
saige  [author] Dec 29, 2012 @ 11:09pm
I'm going to assume that you're refering to the look over the sorting. Please make sure to read the instructions before posting a blank statement so I know what problem you are facing and can help.
questylegend Dec 29, 2012 @ 10:53pm
its not working
PsychoUnz Dec 20, 2012 @ 4:05pm
Ok, that makes sense. I'll try and disable the crafting and see what happens. Thanks!
saige  [author] Dec 20, 2012 @ 5:05am
That might be a conflict with a crafting mod that might be making changes to hides. The only alternative is to run that mod after this one. Sadly though, you'll lose the sorting and gain the weight for everything that mod changes.
PsychoUnz Dec 18, 2012 @ 3:17pm
I' noticed that after subscribing, when I go to craft it does not register me having any hides in my inventory in order tocraft them to leather. I don't have any other mods on to change items/carry weights.
saige  [author] Nov 24, 2012 @ 9:42pm
It might be an armor or crafting mod. It's a bit odd for them to modify just ebony ingots. As I mentioned, it's working fine in my game so sadly can't really help beyond that.
Charliezilla Nov 24, 2012 @ 7:48pm
@ Saige
It might be, well I hope not. As the only mods that I know that effects this was Lighten Up, Light Ingredients and also your Item Sorting mod. I've since then deleted them from the Data list and unsubsribed. But its still there. Should of found this mod earlier, as its alot more comprehensive. I guess its only a small annoyance, thought it might be an error you would want to be updated on. I'll keep running the dawnguard version see if I find anything else. Thanks for your help and hard work.
saige  [author] Nov 24, 2012 @ 8:42am
I just checked it again, but it is correct in this mod. I'll hazzard a guess and say you have a mod that effects it loading after where they changed the name for it and left the weight.
Charliezilla Nov 24, 2012 @ 5:53am
ebony ingot isnt named or weightless

I used the normal version (where items retained their weight) because weightless materials sounds like cheating.
But I'll use this one for stress-free gameplay. I am a crafting freak that can't pass by an ore vein without clicking on it.
So thanks @saige :D
Harold Oct 26, 2012 @ 9:16pm
@saige thanks

I subed this mod but for some reason it looks nothing like th pics up above. :( did i download and do something wrong? :/
Tarzan Oct 23, 2012 @ 7:08pm
Ok, no problem. I found a weightless mod for the tools in the workshop that's working fine, in case anyone else is interested.

Thanks again so much for you hard work! :)
saige  [author] Oct 21, 2012 @ 3:19am
Yeah I use a different mod for them myself. I decided against doing changes to any items in the weapons and armor sections in these mods due to bug fixes (there was some issues with the mining picks I think) and other mods more likely to effect them. I think there is a mod here on Steam you can try. If not the Nexus has a bunch.

No you don't. This is for the base game. If you have the expansions, I've uploaded a file for Dawnguard as well. For the latest DLC, I'll hopefully have it done by this week.

Harold Oct 20, 2012 @ 9:09am
Do you need any of the expansions for this mod?
Tarzan Oct 19, 2012 @ 9:40pm
I love this mod! Thank you so much for making it! :) I have a suggestion, though. Can you please make "utility items" like the pickaxe and woodcutter's axe, etc. reduced in weight too? For example, you could make them weigh 1 unit each, if you don't feel like making them weightless completely. I appreciate that you made quest items weightless, but it makes no sense to me to carry around heavy items that are only used on rare occasions, but that still come in handy, you know? If you could reduce their weight too, I would be most appreciative! Thanks! :)
