I think that it might be due to Item Recycling. Some things might me ordered but most likely the items it changes are not. No way to fix this unless you can can merge names via a patch. Not sure if Skyrim modders have done that feature yet. I've not played in a long while so have been out of the modding community.
If you're refering to the look, please note that's Sky UI. This mod should play nice with any other UI mod you like to use. Sadly though, any mod that makes changes to items don't work so well without either a patch or modify the other mod. It's up to you which you way you want to approach it.
If it's not many item changes, like say a soul gem mod for example, then I suggest running this mod first then any other mod(s) after in the load order. That way you'll keep most of the changes made by this mod regarding name changes. You'll lose out on the changes made by the other mod, for example soul gem names not being in order, but everything else will play nice.

Enhanced Blood Textures 3.5d

Other than that little oversight It's an awsome mod!
Other than Dragon Bone, I believe everything else that's a bone I left with weight as they had no actual use other than vendoring. I made the label in the event a compatible mod made use of them. Gems and Soul Gems should not have weight. So it might be a crafting mod that is loading after that made changes to them.
Horker Tusks, Mammoth Tusks both still have weight. So do gems and soul gem fragments.
For now I will just download another weightless mod on top of this one, great work!
(It seems to be the "Bones" group)
that text
anyway, nice job!
Won't show? I'll make a guess and say you didn't read the description and notice that this only changes names and not the layout of the UI. If you wish to use the same UI I do, scroll up and read my recommendations.

You shouldn't need to move anything into your data folder. If you sub, it will put it there automatically. I would also highly recommend that if you're new to modding, do not install anything manually. Some mods are far more complicated than just one file and it can be very messy and give you all types of headaches. As to fixing your order, if you're not using a mod manager, you can do it via the launcher menu under Data Files. Select the one you want and at the bottom you'll have two buttons you can use to move things up and down. On the subject of those two mods you mentioned, both should not have any issues with this mod as they do different things.
More details would be appreciated.
I actually considered doing just that, plus a few other items, but opted to not change them in the end as some people might not want them changed. Though honestly if you're using this version, I'm of the mind that they would probably be fore it.
So long reply to short, I don't see why not so when I get a chance I'll do just that.
For it's needed in some mods in rather large quantities.
Yes, they're on the same page. You can find it in the optional downloads.
Both should be available a little while after Dragonborn is released.
Nexus should be upto date. Atm I can't see any comments over there so let me know what the issue is and I'll check it out. Please note though that the Nexus version of this mod has the same name as the weighted version for BOSS users.

I'm going to assume that you're refering to the look over the sorting. Please make sure to read the instructions before posting a blank statement so I know what problem you are facing and can help.
It might be, well I hope not. As the only mods that I know that effects this was Lighten Up, Light Ingredients and also your Item Sorting mod. I've since then deleted them from the Data list and unsubsribed. But its still there. Should of found this mod earlier, as its alot more comprehensive. I guess its only a small annoyance, thought it might be an error you would want to be updated on. I'll keep running the dawnguard version see if I find anything else. Thanks for your help and hard work.
I just checked it again, but it is correct in this mod. I'll hazzard a guess and say you have a mod that effects it loading after where they changed the name for it and left the weight.
