You should make a mod that changes the quest marker on the map to red or something.

It puts the five walled cities in the worldspace of tamriel, allowing to enter and leave without loading screens, jumping over walls, ect.
But assuming you don´t have it downloaded you will need the "Map Markers Complete" without open cities. ;-)
