In my humble opinion, the ideal Portal map has many solutions, none of them obvious. :)

For everyone: this weekend I will try your maps (I'm working during weekdays).
For everyone: the blue gel is there FOR FUN as I mentioned. It's purely my own way of solving the test. If you find other ways, go ahead.
For Evilantilope: I don't think, that a portal map can be broken if it has at least one way of solving. You might find it easy, but not broken.

The blue gel is intended to kill the turret guarding the companion cube? I just walked into the room quickly!

Just seconding everyone else; blue gel is unnecessary. I actually just used gravity to "jump" onto the light bridge for the exit.

The blue gel is totally unecessary, you can use the faith plate to get onto the light bridge, you can also jump from the diagonal portal to the turrets so ... I think this test chamber is kinda broken, plz fix it. I dunno how you guys did it but this way seems a little too easy to be a legit way.

Very good map ! The concept of killing the turrets by letting the cube fall is nice ! By the way, the blue gel is unecessary. You don't need it to kill the turret that protects the pink cube. you just place a portal in front of the turret, then go upstairs and fall in another portal and you catch the turret ! :D

I found a couple ways to solve this, nicely one. Companion Cube was a nice touch.

Mr. Fraggle - The blue gel is there for fun. I pretty much like turrets bumping and jumping around :P

The idea was to connect buttons to at least 2 objects so you can easily see and hear what is happening without connection visibilty.

I liked this test even though I usually don't like missing connection visibilty. The test was small enough to do without...
