Forced an update just in case steam isn't updating correctly with missing scenery (the previous verison had scenery when checked but others didn't see - so this is forcing it)

Update - Fixing Missing Scenery at Brighton, Hove and Near Elephant & Castle. (hoping there are no other issues like that - but shout if there are - it's easy for me to miss things :) )

Update (route not complete despite the below, and I know that the scenery will upset and disappoint a lot of people, but I can only use what i have)

The Core Thameslink section is essentially complete
* Farringdon Station is there but it's a bit meh! (I don't exactly have anything similar so it's very generic), I tried but not really much I can do without assets.
* Moorgate / Barbican / City Thameslink updated - but still generic.
* Also Fixed Scenery disappearing at Avenue Road Tram Stop
* Fixed some bench positioning between Brixton and Swanley
* Fixed Ravensbourne Thameslink Canopies (changed to SE - the route is set in 2012)

Update South London & Thameslink 2012

* Scenery to City Thameslink complete (there were marker updates at Elephant & Castle - adjusting platforms)
* Roads / Lofts replaced with LondonGillingham folder (notes - I need to go over the platform lofts - and may replace some back to the older versions)
* I need to go over City Thameslink and Complete farringdon (and also Moorgate) but aside from that the core is more complete than ever)
* The version with North London / Goblin will be added later on (possibly next week)
* Extra Download and Station Pack no longer needed.
* (it does now need the new Chatham route for stations + buildings, it will work without but you'll be missing City Thameslink, Blackfriars and Elephant & Castle)

(I intend to go over City Thameslink / Moorgate / Farringdon on Sunday (and looking at other issues with platforms, and also updating some clutter too, some parts were broken when i did the scenery for this section in the Chatham route - the latter was fixed but due to Farringdon area some bits I have to do again for Thameslink)
