Significantly changes the internal workings of Yuno (now that I have more modfu). The wonder trait should now work much more smoothly and even properly displays bonus science and happienss in the tech tree and game menus (though not bonus culture, which is added to global culture and doesn't contribute to hotel, etc. tourism). Of note is that the wonder happiness is local happiness rather than the former global happiness.

Gives the Yuno AI significant AI-only boosts to Wonder Production and Wonder yields. The justification here is that the Yuno AI usually plays poorly and is never a threat to win, but the only civ AIs that are a real threat to win are the science turtles (the old G&K Korea) and the aggressive city-spammers (Alexander, etc.). Neither of those are very Yuno.

These Yuno AI-only boosts allow Yuno to be a significant threat to win cultural victory in her own right, though not all the time. From limited AI vs AI testing, Yuno will now wonder spam about 3/4 of the time. About 1/4 of the time she gets blocked in wonder-spamming, and about 1/2 of the time she gets a significant head of steam with wonders, becoming a real cultural superpower that is, however, usually limited to only 3 or 4 cities and prone to being overrun by nearby aggressive AIs. This fulfills my goals of making Yuno a threat to win Cultural Victory some of the time, but not all of the time. When she does win, she wins in a pedestrian ~360 turns (on Emperor), acceptable for an AI.

This AI-only cheating can be disabled by going to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Hidamari Civ (v 3)\Lua\YunoTrait.lua and changing the line "HidamariMonsterAI=true" to "false".

Should one wish to experience the glory of being OP for oneself, one can change "HidamariMonsterHuman=false" to "true".

[For reference, the Yuno AI receives +50% to wonder production, and wonders produce +5 Culture, and +3 Science, Gold, and Happiness]

Under the hood changes that improve turn speed when Yuno mod is loaded but the civ is not in the game.

MAJOR UPDATE: Dll dependency has been removed. This affects somewhat the behavior of wonder culture (Yuno's bonus culture no longer factors into the tourism generate by hotels, etc.), so as compensation,. the Art High School now gives +4 Tourism (it was a bit bland before anyway).

Yuno's behavior has been adjusted slightly.

Unfortunately this set of changes does break old save games with Yuno, so don't update if you want to finish an old game.

Changes to Yuno's trait:
Yuno now always starts near Marble.
Tile cost reduction is now 15% instead of 25%.

Changes to Yuno's bias:
Bias changed back from River/Hills to Ocean/Hills.

Yuno's AI Flavors slightly adjusted:
Now favors science and growth more, gold less. Is slightly more willing to declare war.

Among other things, it should be more compatible.

Note: I have allowed the free Hidamari-sou if you take legalism after already building a monument to stand. It's minor, difficult to fix, and slightly interesting.

After some thought and testing, Yuno's wonders now give +1 sci, in addition to the oher benefits. This puts her more on par with the more OP standard civs, which I always intended.

Corrected an oversight that allowed the Art High School to be built without a university.

Gave the Hidamari Wonders unique AI flavors to reflect their greater gold, culture, and happienss generation. This should incidentally make Yuno a lot more prone to building wonders, but I consider this a good thing.

Added 5 Hidamari themed Great Works of Art. Collect them all!

Changes primarily focused on the Yuno AI and diplomacy:

Yuno's religious flavor nudged downward (before, she was going hard religious too often).

CulturalOverview.lua has been updated to reflect the Fall 2013 patch

Hidamari-sou has been moved from Theology to Drama and Poetry (this is a moderate buff, but makes the AI play sooo much better)

Added a lot more diplomatic text, and fixed a bunch of errors

Changed the settings so that in diplomacy Yuno will either always (with modded dll) or >95% (without modded dll) use her custom speech text instead of the generic. Note that with the dll, this affects other races as well, but I think people would prefer more custom text in general (it forces the use of custom text whenever it's available).

Rewrote one of the custom dll functions to improve the efficiency of diplomacy text generation. (I was already there anyway. Enjoy your 0.001-0.01s faster diplomacy responses).

Added a sound effect for when starting the game as Yuno.

Lowered the volume of Yuno's soundtrack slightly.

Added soundtrack back, after downsizing the whole thing to 42 mb or so. Turns out, 100 mb is the limit. Hopefully, people can handle 42mb of downloading.

Tweaks to Yuno's personality to improve her playing ability (plays better now on testing)

Improtant fixes to stupid mistakes:

Yuno's unique buildings now have flavor info, so the AI Yuno will actually build them...

Yuno now has a preferred religion...so she will actually found a religion instead of spawning great prophets and having them wander her land aimlessly.
