Update: Sep 18, 2013 @ 10:38pm

After being shamed for not adding any facial flexes to the model (I won't mention any names, OK, Soviet_PLYuSH and TheFunnyKep???) I decided to give it a try.

1. Loaded the model Source files into Blender
2. Managed to segregate the lips and assign vertex group to them.
3. Created a few base flex animations to the head and mouth using shapekeys.
4. Opened the sfm_defaultanimationgroups.txt file and renamed the shapekey to conform with some flex sliders that SFM already knew about so they would not become Unknown entities.
5. Re-exported the mesh and the animation smds and vta files
6. Added flex controllers to the qc file to create the flex sliders in the model.
7. Compiled the model (about 15 attempts to compile, getting the syntax correct and located an extra quotaion mark (") buried in the file that cause the compiler to crash)
8. Tested the model in SFM (And was amazed that it worked!!!)
9. Created the new Title Picture
10. Uploaded the update to the workshop

Update: Sep 18, 2013 @ 6:23pm

Found that I had created the model with the texture/material filenames being to common.

1. Edited the model in Blender and changed the Material calls to be more unique.
2. Renamed the Textures VTF Files.
3. Rewrote the VMT to call the newly named VTFs.
4. Uploaded the Changed Model.
