-Re-assigned hat to the bip_head bone rather than the prp_hat bone
-Fixed UVs for the second LOD
-Slightly shifted backpack icon upwards to be more centered

Unusual attachment still uses the prp_hat bone.

Initial compile using the in-game beta compiler.

Fully paintable with 3 LODs.
