Yeah I know, but my point is if you stumble into the pit without putting the cube on the button you have no way of getting out. Raise the platform so it's level with the rest of the ground or make more portalable surfaces near the pit.

you must to button give cube and go to platform

If you walk into the raising platform recess without the cube, you become trapped. Needs more lighting too, can't see much in the dark.
